Squeeze fresh lime juice over the avocados to maintain freshness and color. Set aside. ​ You will need to crush your Tostitos Chips before coating the avocados. You can use a blender or food processor to do this; or add the chips to a plastic bag and hand crush them. ​ Pour your crushed chips into a large mixing bowl. ​ In a separate bowl, crack and lightly beat your eggs. ​ In a third bowl, add your flour. ​ Now it’s time to build your “fries.” Take your avocado slices and coat in flour before dunking them in your egg wash. Lastly, roll the avocado slices in your crushed chips. ​ Bake at 400 Degrees F for 18 minutes, flipping your “fries” halfway through baking (around 9 minutes) ​ Enjoy with Tostitos Chunky Salsa. ​ . ​ @Thrillist

• Veggie Nachos on deck INGREDIENTS: Tostitos® Restaurant Style Chips  Tostitos® Restaurant Style Salsa 4 tbs black beans ½ Avocado 3 tbs Red onion 2 tbs Fresh cilantro 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese INSTRUCTIONS: Use a quarter sheet pan and line it with Tostitos® Restaurant Style Chips. Sprinkle on half the shredded cheddar cheese. Pop it into the oven at 350° for 5 minutes. Top with drained black beans and sprinkle on the other half of the shredded cheese. Pop it back into the oven for 5 minutes. Dice up a half an avocado and onions, and sprinkle on top of nachos. Drizzle Tostitos® Restaurant Style Salsa and fresh-chopped cilantro on top.
